I sleep with an oscillating fan on at night. When it’s on the highest speed, my eyes water real bad. But when it’s on the slowest speed, I get sweaty. Seems like no matter what I’ll do, I’ll always get dehydrated while I sleep.

  1. Greetings,
It seems like a real problem to be perspiring so much during sleep. Without the fan, what would you do. Do you have air conditioning? Having a cooler atmosphere will certainly help. I struggle with heat, myself. As a new resident of Las Vegas, NV, proper hydration has become a major concern of mine. And with this, I’ve been studying alkaline ionized water. Learning that disease thrives in an acid body environment, I’m hoping to avoid disease with a diet of alkaline water. The ionization of water is supposed to make water better hydrating, as well.
